Every morning and every night, my son Ali wakes up and falls asleep to unimaginable pain…
He has muscle spasms and awful chest aches that make it hard for him to even sit down, which is the only thing he can do.
He’s only 14, but he cannot do the things most children his age take for granted….
Ali was born with a deformity, so he’s unable to walk…
He’s never known a world where he can walk with his own two feet independently…
But that never stopped him from being the sweetest big brother to his 10 siblings, two of which are also disabled.
He looks out for them with a love that shines even through the pain.
I don’t understand why this happened to our family. Sometimes I feel guilty, like I did something wrong. But all I want is for my children to be happy and healthy. I just want them to have a normal, pain-free childhood.
In 2017, we took Ali to Nawabash Hospital for a check up, and the doctor recommended surgery that could help take away his pain – hearing this felt like a miracle.
But then came the crushing blow… The cost. It was a mountain too high to climb, no matter how hard we worked, we would not be able to afford it.
Years have passed, and Ali’s struggle continues. Surgery is no longer an option. Instead, the doctor says we can manage the pain with medication.
With the medication, Ali could finally escape the clutches of pain and drift into a peaceful sleep for the first time in his life.
It wouldn’t be a cure, but any relief would be a blessing…
That’s why I’m reaching out for help. Any little bit you can give would mean the world to us. Whether it’s money for Ali’s treatment, prayers for his healing, or just sharing his story, it all helps.
Please, help us fight for Ali’s future. He deserves to laugh and play without pain. Help us give him the life he deserves.
